Which Bulbasaur should I evolve

-741 CP & 46.7% IV

-592 CP & 86.7% IV

-713 CP & 11.1% IV

I have 682k stardust & 211 candies + I don't care much about defending a gym.

With that much dust who cares? Might as well do 592.

Go for highest IV, I assume thats why you saved the dust right.

I also say go with the second choice. It's the only one with good, or even decent IVs. It's worth it to power it up a bit more.

The 86.7% iv one and if it gets a good moveset then power it up would be my advice.
