SW + Outrage should be pretty good for defense.

I feel your pain

Random moves always popping up with the same move is the most frustrating part about this game. All four of the Dragonites I have evolved have gotten Steel Wing. I was fine with it while Steel Wing was its strongest defensive move and I could still try again for Dragon Breath, but then they weakened Steel Wing, removed the better offensive move and added a move that is stronger on defense and gets STAB.

5 time wing loser myself. We should start a support group...

I think I'm pretty lucky with my nites. I evolved it three times.
1st 80% DB/DC (before new skill coming)
2nd 93% SW/DP (before....coming)
3rd 98% DT/HB ( just evolved it).
I need dratini candy so bad to max them out. Good luck for next evolution dude :)
