Increased Pikachu spawns?

Yes, I saw 5 on the way home tonight, the first I had seen since the event started. I caught the first one: 22 IV, so I figured I had my trophy and didn't chase the rest.

Yes, I didn't see any before today except at a nest. Today, they seemed as common as the santas at Christmas.

Yup, same here. Before today I only saw increased spawns in areas where they are normally found - but hadn't seen any near where I live.

Same here. A few were relatively high level and IV's. Hopefully, the party hat Raichu that I evolve will actually be usable. My Santa hat Raichu is one of my main prestiging mons.

Lol sadly Raichu's best role is as a prestiger. I have 1 party hat Raichu and Pikachu and I'll continue to ignore them since they all ball eaters.
