Power up the old Blissey or wait for the new one?

I wonder, what is the best way to use my Blissey candy for. I have a Lvl 30 10-13-15 Z-dg Blissey at 2650 Cp. The 5 Atk actually hurt a lot in terms of CP, since she will have about 120 Cp less at 40 than a 100% one. Despite of the excellent moveset I was unsure about maxing her out because of "only" 3090 CP max at 40, so I just put her in weaker gyms from time to time.
On the other hand I recently hatched a 14-12-15 Blissey, so she will be around 100 CP higher than the first one. Usually i would safe the candy to evolve her, but idk if the risk of getting Psychic is worth it...
I'm also sitting on a 12-13-13 P-H Blissey at Lvl 20.

What would you guys recommend for my situation? Gamble, or power up one of the already evolved ones?

I would gamble but I have enough high CP mons to sit in gyms while I take this risk. Would you net more stuff if you leveled up the one you have? Are you missing out on gym rewards now?
