Can someone please suggest me the best moveset for Gyarados, Mine has Dragon Breath and Dragon Pulse.
and also how is Dragon Pulse compared to Hydro Pump.

Answers

Do you want Bite (for psychics and Gengar) or Dragonbreath (for Dragonite)?

Since Dragonite is a popular DEF Pokemon i would get Dragon Breath & Hydropump.

Double dragon type attack is a waste since Dragon Breath has already high 12.00 DPS, that means Hydro Pump with 19.74 DPS is better than Dragon Pulse with 13.89.
+ you also get more variety.

But Gyarados being used as an attacking one isn't Dragon Pulse more useful as it has 13.89 DPS with 2 bars as you can do more damage in the less time, plus i already have a Dragonite with Dragon Claw and Vaporeon with Hydro pump
