Steelix Moveset

Hey everybody!
I just evolved my first Steelix (91% IV), but unfortunately it got Dragon Tail and Crunch as moveset.
I just wanted to know if this Steelix is good for anything and if it's worth powering up from level 20.

Sorry but I don't think you should power him up...Steelix's attack is bad, and not a good defender either because of vaporeon

I got the same moveset for my gyarados 97 =/.. test crunch against exeggutor.. it worked well for me
