when are you going to update the best move-set for each pokemon?

Just be patient for a little longer. They posted that their gym defender tier list is almost done. So when that is released you'll have some of the info.
And after that they'll prob release the attacking ranking.
As for every pokemon: that will probably happen after all that and will take some time, since there are alot more.
