Have anyone tried Seed Bomb as an attacker?

Im in need of another grassie and got this one. I think he could be good, the damage output isnt accually bad and i like multiple charges even more now.

Im having troubles with dodging lately, half the times i get hit even though swiping through the whole charge and flash. It rly pisses me of.
