Which Snorlax to power up?

I've got:
ZH/BS 60.0% 2089 CP
ZH/EQ 78.9% 1873 CP
ZH/BS 40.0% 1779 CP
ZH/HB 71.1% 1556 CP

L/BS 71.1% 2498 CP
L/HB 71.1% 1852 CP
L/HB 75.6% 1395 CP

I've got almost 200 candy, but stardust is starting to run low, so can't afford to power up multiple low ones.
What do you think I should do?

I'd personally go with #1 for sure. Great defender, best moveset for that purpose.

None of them. Personally, I wouldn't waste dust on anything under 84%. Also, I hate you for being able to catch wild Snorlax. I've only ever hatched two snorlaxes since July and never even seen a wild Snorlax. And I've caught/hatched over 10K

"Never seen a wild Snorlax" and you're telling him to trash any under 84%?

Nah, I think that rule can be worthy for the usual mons, but powering up the ultra-rares won't be "a waste of dust" even if they've got 10-15% IV less than preferred.
