New North American Pokedex count with Gen2?

Does anyone have the count for the new North American dex, excluding legendaries and regionals, like Heracross and Corsola, (even though they may be available in S. Florida or Corpus Christi)?

A second Gen 2 question: is there a summary anywhere of which Gen 1 mons had CP adjustments, up or down, with the latest update? I know my Lapras each got nerfed 300-400 CP, but any other changes were not drastic enough for me to notice.

Only lapras. When rhydon's cp was skyrocketed with the first cp change, Lapras should have been nerfed, but it wasn't. It's cp still followed the old formula from launch. But now it follows the new formula, same as all the other pokemon.

Nerfing Lapras is really unfortunate. It's only fair by the current CP formula, but it sucks that they've effectively removed a great defender from the gym meta almost completely.

"almost completely" suggests he is still a good defender at times. His totally stunted CP wouldn't even allow him in the 10th spot of gyms around me. Maybe in an area where there aren't many pokemon go players, but in my area he would never make it into a gym. Sad as I spent a LOT of time walking one. I also drove 150 miles round trip - twice - to catch my first one.

And I'm also interested in the Gen 2 North America dex count of available mons. Luckily I live in Tampa FL and have a lot of Heracross and Corsola. Corsola is useless, but the Heracross might find some niche uses.
