not a bad moveset, just not the ideal ones for offense or defense.
at this point, steel wing might be better than dragon tail on offense. but u can say either/or. would say in most matchups though that dragon trail would be the better option for defense.
hyper beam wouldnt be ideal on offense or defense no matter how you slice it. hurricane and outrage probably outclass it on both offense and defense. its just too easy to dodge and has no STAB, unlike hurricane, which is also a one bar charge move. outrage is definitely better for defense.
