Well, its not a relevant Pokémon, but is hard to get it, and i realy like the Move set.

Mud Shot has good EPS, and a water mon with Hydropump is always good (it would be better with Water Gun but it can´t learn)

You may save it for trophy and, or use it to prestige.

No, politoed is not good for battling.
