Splash

I tried my Wobbuffet with S/MC for attack today, but the energy Splash gives is WTFly LARGE! Gamepress says it has 0 EPS, but I think it is between 15–30 DPU.

Also that Transform also gives some energy, but is slightly less (possibly about 5–10 EPU) than Splash.
