WTH is wrong with Niantic's Communication

They have made 2 major moves rebalance yet until now they haven't posted anything about them. At least not on their OFFICIAL WEBSITE (http://pokemongolive.com/en/). Don't tell me this is a minor text fix.
And there's an event coming. And they haven't mentioned any bit of it (The Pokemon Company does not count).
And I just saw a post where they managed to confuse themselves with the two new berries (https://pokemongo.gamepress.gg/q-a/good-job-niantic).

Never before have I seen an online game with such bad communication. It's nothing big deal, just post something to let us players know what's going on! Or, do they themselves know what's going on?

Casuals don't give a crap about "major moves rebalance"s so niantic keeps quiet to not confuse them. Hardcore gamers like us find out about it on pokemongo.gamepress.gg. I think it's kind of fun/funny when we dig into the "minor text update" and find it changes the entire strategy for the metagame.

They don't actually. These differences are spotted by hardcore players and not casual players. As long as they are making money you will continue to see such mistakes beacuse they won't increase their effort
