Legacy Machamp now viable?

I don't know if it's just me but my Karate Chop/Cross Chop machamp seemed much stronger to use against a Snorlax than before.

I'd still prefer to use a Dragonite/Rhydon/Gyarados to use for the rest of the gym, but if taking down a Snorlax with speed is concerned I found it to be much faster (on par with a Dnite)

Probably inferior to counter and the new fighting charge moves still, does anyone have both to verify?

Interesting discussion. If none has experience, I guess we have to wait for game press to come out with their findings.

It's just you. Get a real (C/DP) Machamp, you'll see he's 2x better immediately.

I was wondering about that, too. Karate chop has higher EPS than the new Quick moves, and nearly as high DPS. The legacy charge moves (mine has Submission) are weaker, but can be applied more often this way.
