Blissey - IV/CP more important than Moveset?
I went into Gen 2 with 151 chansey candy. I evolved my two high IV Chansey and got two idential Blissey's, both have Pound/Psychic.
My question is this, Blissey's attack stats are terrible...does Blissey's moveset really matter at all? It's not like it's going to kill attackers, rather it simply wants to outlast them. As such I imagine getting the highest CP Blissey you can is preferably to the best moveset.
Is this true? I'm guessing pound/pyschic ins't all that great of a moveset, but they both have high IV so will get a decent CP.
Or, I have anough candy left over too try evolving one more Chansey to see if I get a better moveset. if I don't I can boost ony of my current Chanseys pretty high.

By my simulations, Blissey can and will kill attackers. Since you have a limited amount of time to kill her you're resorting to high DPS attackers who may not be tanky and thus can't survive 70+ seconds of Blissey's damage without dodging.
Forcing these attackers to dodge (at least special moves) will result in them losing even more time, and ultimately may cause the attacker to be unable to finish in the time limit.
Psychic is the worst move of the 3 for this, meaning more pokemon will be usable when attacking / prestiging against this Blissey. Not necessarily a bad thing, as you want your allies to be able to Prestige it (a Blissey will attract allies looking to secure a lasting spot in the gym) and your enemies will be able to use their highest CP attackers (e.g. 3300 dragonite) to kill it regardless of moveset.
High CP is vital regardless of moveset. You only have 51 candies left now, unless they were really high level to start with you don't even have enough Candy to power up both of these Blisseys to 30+. So I'd stick with them and power up as much as you can. Blissey will deter attackers regardless of moveset.
I've attacked Blisseys with my C/CC Machamp, and I can say 100% that Blissey's damage output is a HUGE boost to her tankiness, since it forces attackers to dodge or else just die. I was probably only spending 2/3 of my time attacking, in order to dodge ZH's and DG's, so that's a 50% increase in Blissey's kill time over one I wouldn't have to dodge (i.e. one with pound). I feel your pain, since my Blissey turned out P/P, but ZH/DG is just so much better.
Well, I haven't checked after the move rebalance a couple of minutes ago.
Edit: to give an idea of how much I had to dodge: when dodging everything, I ended with ~20% health and killed the Blissey at ~40 seconds left. Other movesets will still be unkillable by lower-level players who lack the counters, but moveset really matters if there's anyone serious around.
