Interesting question - IMO that's a fair price - would be over 3 months of collecting coins (spending on nothing else) and then another 2 months @ 50km/week (hatching just 2K eggs) to reach that break-even point... given so many more 2K eggs I would consider it.... at 15,000 coins probably would not however (100 incubators vs 1 infinity).

10000 Pokecoins? At 50 per use, it would be 200 hatchings before you would come out ahead.
And from a Company Point of View anyone who invests that kind of cash, is less likely to escape the psychology of "Sunk Cost" to ever quit.
