as far as i know, its not the best moveset, not terrible either.

It's good against Exeggutor. If you can dodge the charge move (or face psychic), you've got a chance. That being said, an Umbreon may be better, but lower max CP. Would be good against Slowbro/Slowking too, which we may see more in the near future, since a lot of slowpoke candy exist. I don't see Slowbro in gyms now though.
Not the most widespread of uses, but they do exist.
This moveset will most likely be A ranked for defense.
On Offense, Outrage is way better.
If you are in need of a high CP defender right now, power it up.
If you need a good attacker into Lahmus, Exeggutor and Espeon right now, power it up.
Otherwise, wait to see what grades gamepress gives this moveset. I any case, hold on to it.
Dark has a type advantage against psychic and ghost, and is resisted by only fighting, dark, and fairy. So strong against any psychic type and still okay against most everything else.
Unfortunately Crunch is not quite as strong as it should have been. It will probably still be an okay backup generalist attacker against a wide variety of opponents, but not really going to shine against anything in particular.
