Does the dps listed here include stab bonus?

I'm going through the possible movesets to make a list of which pokemon not to transfer. The math looks like it's not included but I want to make sure .

For instance. If I had charizard with wing attack at 16 dps and dragon claw at 25 dps it would be the best on the list. But if stab and super effective stack then ember would be 14.86 dps and flame thrower 26.94 dps. Making that combo worthwhile to dump starust into.
I multiplied the listed dps by 1.25 twice to get these numbers. Is that wrong in any way?

"Note: STAB (Same-type attack bonus) is considered in the calculations."

But the "strongest offensive pokemon per type" means not the best attacking pokemon for taking over gyms.

For example:
flying type - Charizard is better in offense than Pidgeot.
water type - Golduck is better in offense than Vaporeon.

Edit:
Flareon is better with Ember + Flamethrower, you should play Charizard only with Wing Attack + Flamethrower or Dragon Claw

can you explain that more. so charizard is better at taking gyms vs flareon or does it depend on move set?

It depends on the Pokemon you are attacking.

What i ment to say is: best attacking fire type is Flareon (Lavados excluded) with Ember + Flamethrower.

Charizard is the best flying tpye pokemon.

how could golduck be better in offence than vaporeon since vaporeon has more cp and they just have same dps on water gun

If STAB is included, then why is Electabuzz's DPS on his Primary moves wrong? http://pokemongo.gamepress.gg/pokemon/125
