New Psychic moves: Psycho Cut VS Confusion & Psychic VS Future Sight

From what I have observed so far, even psycho cut got nerfed, it charges up the charge move bar much quicker than confusion, yet confusion deals more damage at one time. Which would be better for attack at the end of the day?

Future Sight has a greater power and higher dps than Psychic, but does that mean they would have a significant difference in attacking? Is Psychic considered as a bad move now?

I got a Zam with PC+FS, but with low CP, so I can't really make a comparation with my high CP PC+P Zam.
