Wild pokemon level - is it always even? What about half-levels?
Can a wild pokemon be at a half-level when you catch it? From my experiments, it seems like no but I can't conclude it yet.
So far when I've upgraded and paid attention, it has also seemed like 2 upgrades are always enough to raise the upgrading cost which would mean my wild pokemon have always been at an even level. Is this universal?
