How rare is this guy? A 1300 Miltank spawned near me 10 mins after Gen 2 went live. Unfortunately the servers weren't stable and it lagged out and froze just as I was trying to capture him.

I haven't seen another since. How long am I going to be stuck with the pain that I didn't get a chance to catch him? :(

Doesn't seem to be rare (I'd say it's rather uncommon) here in India. Seen a few in my Nearby as well.

I saw one on the radar yesterday but didn't want to go out. Since then, I haven't seen them
