Timing out of a gym = battle won?

Time Out doesn't give Blissey a win.
It wins only if it defeats the last non-fainted Pokemon on your team.

Running out of time when battling a defender counts as the gym fight ending without exactly losing, but also not winning. Basically, prestige of the gym would not go down for that particular battle that you time out on.
