General Viability Questions (PvP)

Hope everyone got some decent shiny clamperls today! After looking at moves and stats for different pokemon, I as curious about the community's opinions on the following pokemon:

Gorebyss: 100% comes out to 2494, access to both Confusion (hard hitting with plenty of energy gain) and Draining Kiss (easiest fairy move to get off, but not by much); while its stats make it more of a glass cannon, could this deal enough damage to a Giratina to be relevant at all in the Ultra League?

In the Great League, with these same moves, does its viability change?

Huntail: Can't get to Ultra level, so mostly focusing on Great League applications; Access to some of the fastest moves as well as water gun, without Qwillfish's second typing (a blessing or a curse depending on the scenario), which performed well in the Twilight cup as a lead. Does Huntail stand up to its spiky cousin or no?

Kingler: Bit of a weird one to ask about, but the event gifted me a 1490 so I thought I might as well try for it. X-Scissor provides a bit of coverage against grass types, and Vice Grip, one of the most infamously bad moves in all of GO, seems like it even has the potential to be viable as a spammy move for 1x damage on most everything. Once again, we come to stats that leave a glass cannon; is it viable in Great League at all?

Luimneon: While this fish is mostly just pretty, with the recent chance of a stat boost being added to certain moves, and Lumineon having access to Silver Wind, along with either Water Gun or Waterfall, seems relevant to me.

If you've used these in PvP or have an opinion/point I forgot, please tell me about your experience! Looking to see if any of these guys is worth turning into a battlemon!

In short, gorebyss could be fun for ultra, but Blastoise has ultra and azumaril has great league locked down pretty tight on water side.

First off, bubble and then water gun is the best fast move for water types if they have it.

Gorebyss, as you said is a bit glass cannon-ish, but it cant deal with Giratina's pure bulk. Suicune with ice beam is better suited, but Gorebyss wants water gun, less energy wasted in overcharge, but DK likely wont hurt giratina too much.

Lumineon, could be fun if the stats go up, but other wise, another pretty fish, water gun's better

Kingler, X scissor could be good agaisnt meganium, it also has the very strong move bubble. Though it doesnt have anything for Altaria/Flygon matches, which is why azumaril tends to take great league as the water type.

Huntale, not sure, as It suffers similar problems to kingler, competition from azumaril, outside of twilight cup, I haven't heard much about quilfish (at this time, I'm assuming due to the limitations in types of the cup's meta not being conducive for azumaril's typical rampaging)

All of them have some meta relevance, but seemingly not more than other pokemon, they have one good move, but their second moves are where they loose out. They seem like they can be serviceable teammembers and can work, but may take more than current waterchamps Azumarill and blastoise
