Which Chansey?

Hey guys,
so i finally have enough candies to evolve and maybe power up some Chanseys.
Heres what i can work with: 222 Candy

1) 4 10 4 lvl 34
2) 15 14 14 lvl 21
3) 12 12 9 lvl 20
4) 15 12 15 lvl 15
5) 14 14 14 lvl 15
6) 14 13 15 lvl 15

I think nr 2 is the obv choice, but what about the rest? Im having a hard time deciding if i should go for the lvl 34 with bad iv or rather one with good iv but low level.

The level 34 Chansey can be put into gyms with no further investment. Focus on gathering more Chansey candy (use the Catch 20 Luvdisc research task) to evolve and eventually max out the 96% one.

While I agree with using the level 34 Chansey as-is to defend...begin to give up on the luvdisc catching. I did my research reward this morning and have 3 spots open to look for Chansey=3 RC, I might hit 10 pokestops on route to work. I have to catch my stacked Chansey somewhat soon.

I would evolve no.1 & use now to drop in gyms then evolve no.2 to work on as a longer term project when you have abit of spare dust to sink into it during stardust events, etc. Blissey isn't what it was as a defender but still, can be pretty annoying for some players.

Echo echo echo echo echo...

Evolve 1: Drop in gyms, never power up again.
Evolve 2: Long-term project, power it up when you get the "Power a Pokémon up X Times!" research task, for example.
Trade 3 for another Chansey: Might be able to get a Lucky one with better IV's. If not, transfer.
4/5/6: Wait for Double-Candy for Transfer, or trading with someone who has a Pokémon that was caught more than 100km away from your Pokémon. Or for the inevitable Gym Rework, and see if lower CP Blissey (or even Chansey) are useful enough to invest in.

They're all... nice... but the amount of candy and stardust you have to invest in them to make them useful might be more than the Pokémon are worth right now.
