Special Items for evolution?

Anyone found any of these "special items" yet?

Apparently we need them to evolve some of the new Pokemon. Polygon, Onix, Scyther, Sunkern all need items. Gloom needs an item to get the new evolution, but not the old. Hoppip, Wooper, Snubbull don't need items to evolve.
