Sex distribution to pokemon species

I have 10 Snorlax: all male! :0
What about yours?

Also all my Bulba and Venusaur are male...

Had I checked pokemon central wiki or bulabapedia before the event...would I still transfer 3 Snorlax for the double candy thing?

Only 12,5% of Snorlax are female!

I have one female of 7 snorlax in total. I had 12 before the double candy, don't know about them.

Pokemon who have physical differences between sexes, like pikachu, venusaur etc seem to all be male as a placeholder until the new sprites arrive.

Got 1 male and 1 female Snorlax. In general though most of my pokemon (ones that have high iv's at least) are males. I would say ~80% of them.

Some seem to have no sex at all - Starmie, Electrode, Magneton - what does that mean? I have 1 of 4 Snorlax female, 1 of 5 Lap female - overall seems to be mostly male AFAICS.

In the main series games there are pokemon that have no sex and can only breed with Ditto, or don't breed at all (unknown egg group).

All together, I have 35 Eevees, Vaporeons, Jolteons, and Flareons (yes, I may have a problem). Anyway, 30 are male, 5 are female. This does look like it matches the gender distribution listed on Bulbapedia (12.5% female).

I only have 2 Snorlax, and I guess I'm lucky because I got 1 female, 1 male. They make a cute couple.
