What to make of this event.

Here's my take.

Good time to trade old Swinubs, increased lucky chance could be a big winner for some of those higher level older ones with low IVs.

After Swinub, we expect Treecko and then, two months later, Torchic to have their CDs. Hit up some of them too, see if one can nail down a lucky one.

Guess for April's CD? Maybe Magneton, maybe Ralts, maybe even Bagon (Salamance with a two bar move would be fun). Getting lucky with any of those would be a win too. So break out your pokemon Mah Jong tables, and start swapping everything that isn't great already. And that Trade 10 Pokemon for an encounter (Chimchar)? That's all about encouraging mass trading.
