Dragonite for pvp?

So dragonite is good for pvp? Worth maxing one out?

If so, should I max one with Outrage or Dragon Claw? Or would it possibly be worth putting both on one?

I hear dragons are great. Dragon claw would be the way to go. I have also wondered if it is worth adding outrage.

the absolute best of the best is dragon breath/dragon claw but its quite a rare legacy set, so good luck with getting this
dragon breath/outrage is good enough too

You'd better go with the dragon claw one
