Wild Pokemon appearing at 40+ mph

They recently did something behind the scenes that stops Pokemon from disappearing briefly at random intervals. I think this might be an unintended side effect of that, I've definitely noticed Pokemon on the road where previously I wouldn't.

I can also spin stops occasionally going around 35-40mph. Maybe 20% of the time
