When Groudon was first here I caught two hundos. Used all my Groudon luck up, I guess.

My brother got shiny Groudon on his first raid so I think the number is meanless.

My friend have similar. About 50 without Shiny while other got 4 in maybe 20. Just really bad RNG.

When shiny Lugia was first released, I did around 60 raids before getting a shiny. Groudon this time I did 23. You are just unlucky.

I got shiny on my 6th. Keep hunting though if you really want it. The R in RNG smiles on us when it wants to.
Edit: just got shiny #2 on 7th raid. 2 in a row.

When Kyogre came out shiny a while back, I did 74 raids without a shiny. Finally got one (two actually) during this event, so just keep at it. It’s a numbers game.

Yes, you are. 7% chance to go that long without a shiny. If it helps, think of it this way: out of 100 players, on average 7 will be as unlucky as you. Statistically there's always someone who gets the short end of the stick.
