Looking at the regional map on here it looks like the Tropius zone runs right through the middle of the city. I have no first or even second-hand experience otherwise. If the map is anything to go off of my only advice is to venture south. With the current Hoenn event they might have boosted spawns, I haven't looked into how the event is affecting them.

Tropius in Malaga
Hello guys, have any of you caught a tropius in malaga or around there?
I checked the weather and it's gunna be rainy/cloudy so that won't help much for increased weather spawns.
I've heard from a couple people you can but they don't spawn super often besides insence and lots of walking around do you guys any more suggestions? Maybe sticking close to the sea or something else?
I will be there for three days and i would like to at least get two so i can transfer to two family members as a little souvenir and dex entry from andalucia!
