Pokemon Egg Shift

Apparently, some 10 km egg pokemon have been switched to 5 and 5 km mons switched to 2 becauseto make room for gen 2 mons.

Is this true? And if so, can someone tell me which were switched or create an new list.

The motivation is anyone's guess; but many poke mon have had their egg downgraded.

This is like the 10th time ive seen this same question.
