1. What's the shiny rate for Kyogre/Groudon? (Which means, what are the odds of running into a Shiny Kyogre/Groudon?)
2. Do shinies have a 100% catch rate? I think it should have 100% catch rate but I'm not sure.

*EDIT*: Shiny Pokemon don't have 100% catch rate UNLESS they are from raids.

1. Nobody knows for sure. Previously the rate for shiny Kyogre was about 1/20, but sufficient data from this raid rotation does not exist yet.
2. From legendary raids, yes.
