Is this Dragonaire worth evolving and powering up?
I caught a Dragonaire on campus that has 69% IVs and 746 CP. I had a Dratini as well but it had even worse IVs so I transferred it. I was thinking of waiting and hoping to find one with better IVs but that could be a long time... and I know that there are people who are lucky to even spot one. Should I wait or just stick with it?

Two questions:
1. What level are you (i.e., is 746 CP high or low)?
2. How common are dratinis where you play?
If your dragonair is a high level compared to your trainer and dratinis are rare, then you could consider evolving it. However, if 746 CP is low compared to your level and/or you get dratinis on any sort of a regular basis, I would hold off.
