93% IV Victreebel | Worth leveling? (pic included)

That's a good moveset if you ask me...and you have plenty of dust. Lots of people use Vapes you can counter. I like venusaur a bit more cause my phone doesn't swipe well and I usually have to tank hits though. I'd say go for it. Good attacker.

I would level it up, great grass attacker. Its a good attacking moveset.

It's certainely a good attacker, if you know where to find more bellsprouts, you should probably do some farming to get one with Solar beam, but yours is no slouch. Besides at 1.4 K, you should be able to take on 2K vaporeons without much trouble so there's that. I usually prefer to spend my dust in defensive pokemon, because it's much more important to have those at High level soy they stay longer in gyms. You can supplement a lot of offensive power with good dodging and timing.

It is definitely a good attacker despite not having the most optimal moveset. You still got 2x grass moves which is important for Victreebel. I don't know how easy access you have to Bellsprout candies but I'd say this is probably worth powering up. You can wait of course if you have the patience :)

I live near a lot of bellsprouts and they seem to always have good IV. If your situation is similar, I would level up fo a while and evolve another victreebell from a higher level bellsprout. Use the one you have to attack into same team gyms with water as the lowest poke.

It's not perfect, but it has great moveset and great IVs, its a keeper

Haha, I have a 91% Vic with the same moveset too, and I was asking myself the same question. I think i'm gonna power up it, since it's gonna be useful against op water pokemons in the current meta.
