Snorlax question

Go for 2146... Make him an elite defender....

Just hold on to the LE for now and hope they eventually allow rerolling movesets. The ZB can be a good defender.

Seeing how rare Snorlax is for you, powering up the L/E would be a life project as buddy walking is your main source of candies.

Snorlax is very rare for me as well, I've managed to power up one to level 33.5, one to level 32.5, and one to 31.5 all from level 20. It's taken quite a bit of time and 585 km walked with Snorlax.

I'm looking to power up another one from level 20 and have 42 candies and it still feels like a daunting task! It will take 70 candies even just to get him to CP higher than my Vaporeons.

That Z/BS is a gem and would no doubt grind to power him up. The L/E wouldn't even be in consideration if I had 100 candies on hand.

Since you only have a few candies i suggest you focus on 2146 first.

The 549 CP one is too low level for you, power up the 2146 one.

He would be aan good generalist attacker. L/Eq is not a great defensive moveset. Would power him to about level 20 and use him only for attack (unless your luck with lax continues).
Your ZHb lax should get first dibs on the candy, though.
