Exclusive move vs 2nd charge move

I have been wondering if these two might intercept. Like for example:
During a community day, you have a fully evolved form of the Pokemon of the day, but it only has one charge move (not the exclusive one from that event). Could it be, that if you activate its second charge move, he would learn the exclusive one?

Only Niantic knows. It'd be worth to ask them via support email to clarify this situation.

We wont know till the next CD but my gut says no. It all depends on how it generates the second move. Most likely when you unlock the second move it acts like a TM to get what the move is

A lot of people are already anxiously waiting to see if they can do this with their Feraligatr in January.

Probably not; this is just an expensive TM, and nearly all ex moves have been TM locked in the past.

Yes, my guess is that Niantic will spell it out in the last few days release, when they state that Charged TMs won't get the move for an already evolved Feraligatr. Most likely second move won't be Exclusive, but if it is, that would be the bomb.
