Would Thunder Punch be more viable in Great/Ultra leagues because of low energy cost? As in my last post, I was thinking of evolving one, and if it happens to get both the wrong moves (T and TP) I want to know which one to TM away.

Thunder for sure, strictly inferior to wild charge

I would keep thunder punch instead of thunder. You'd probably primarily use wild charge, but it'd be nice to have thunder punch to fire off if you were dying and wanted to get one last one in.
