PVP - best moves

There doesnt seem to be a reliable list yet, but the best moves seem to be spamable 3 bars like dracon claw, crunch for charge moves and very very high EPS fast moves like mudshot and dragon breath which makes pokemon like flygon and Giratina/latios so good.

Moves like hydropump dont seem to be as good, however Earthquake is fantastic from what ive heard.
