Power Up Glitch

I tried to tap on the Power Up buttom on a Pokemon and for some reason it didnt work. Only a few selective can be use to use the Power Up. Is any body else is having this issue?

Answers

You can't power up a Pokemon on a team. Take it off and try once more.
