Roserade moveset

So, I got a lucky 96% Budew today, and of course used the opportunity to get a cheap 2nd Charge Move, and the Roserade (my first one btw) came out with Razor Leaf/Sludge Bomb/Dazzling Gleam. I know the guide says Sludge Bomb/Solar Beam, but I was wondering if DGs shorter charge time couldn‘t be more useful for Ultra League? Obviously Roserade won‘t really be much of a thorn in the eye of the Master League Pokemon, but I‘d like to use it for Ultra at least, so I won‘t max it. And I don‘t see much use for it in raids, at least not in the near future. So what do you guys say? Go for SB or keep DG? Also change Razor Leaf to Poison Jab?

Btw, hatched a 93% Magby recently, should I go for FP/BB Magmortoar (would also be my first one)? And Fire Spin or Karate Chop on that?
