What will be the best of each type in the future...?

I’ve heard people talking about how Primal Kyogre, Mega Rayquaza and others claiming the crown of their type in the future. But enough of that. What I need is a list of best Pokemon by type in the future (Gen 7) EXCLUDING Mega Evolutions (and similar stuff), and the crazy powerful starter moves (FP, BB and HC.)
Anyone knows?

This rather old guide attempts to answer your question. Quite a bit has happened since then, so perhaps it is time for an update. That post aside, I don't think there is anything on this site more recent.

Doesn't exclude the starter moves, but only affects a couple of types. It also doesn't count starters looking forward.

For all the way to gen 7, ultra necrozma will dethrone mewtwo as best psychic attacker, and possibly ray as best dragon if its given the right moves, but I am doubtful about it as a dragon. NOTE ultra necrozma isnt a megaevolution/primal reversion, its something different (long story short its connected to its Z move)

For grass, we got kartana.

Ghost Lunala/Dawn wings necrozma

for fighting the competition for machamp and breloom's a lot closer, gen 5's Conkeldurr or gen 4's Gallade if given good moves (theres been 3 fighting moves in code added, 2 are learnt by gallade, and it has a higher atk stat)

Ice, another gen 5 pokemon Kyurem, ice dragon

Bug we got Volcarona and Golisopod in gen 5 and 7 respectively.

Rock theres not much competition for tyranitar aside from if Gigalith gets rockslide/rock throw.

Dark, theres the possibility of Yveltal

Fairy (Ha) Xerneas, without a fairy fast move, it will shear outstat all others

Though most of this is all theoretical, and theres a lot of types i skipped over as we simply dont know yet. They may get good moves, they may get bad moves, we have no idea. Stats are one thing, but the moves can make the pokemon, as we've seen before.

Pretty sure Keldeo and Terrakion have much more potential for dethroning previous fighting types than Conkeldurr or Gallade, (which out-attacks Machamp by a whopping 3 base attack, small enough difference to be irrelevant most of the time).

Rock: Did you forget Rampardos? Besides that, there's Archeops with a similarly insane base attack stat in gen 5.
