The littel blue bar ?

When we use charge move, we can see 1 blue bar.
On an other website (for pokemon go), he rated DPS with the bar. He Add 0,5 seconde CD for each Chargedmove. (for attacking)
finaly the website rated Dragonite hyperbeam best attack.

There's no reason to add 0.5 second CD to charge moves anymore, especially with the attack buffer update.

Hyper Beam is good for Dragonite. It's not his best attacking or defending move but it's good at both, depending on his quick move.

You can charge the bar while another move is still in process so there is no reason to add 0,5 seconds to the charge moves.
