Should I power him up?

I have Lapras with Frost Breath and Ice Beam, his IV's are just over 80%(it's about 83%). And I don't know if I should save candies and pray for Lapras with Frost Breath and Blizzard or focus on this one. Any ideas?

Ice beam is still a good charge move, especially with the fastest fast move available. To understand if powering up is worth it, I would look at the Stamina and if it's 14 or 15 it may be worth it. Lapras is a big mon so you'll need that Stamina to be high so it can action fast moves quickly.

It's reasonable but I would wait for a better Lapras. Remember there is still a long way to go in the game and plenty more eggs to hatch. Also, I'm jealous you have one and I don't lol :)

Well, if that's your only Lapras, you don't have candies to power up him a lot, so you'll have to wait for another one anyway. So save your candies and when you hatch another Lapras, yoou decide witch one has the best moveset. But Frost Breath and Ice Beam is not bad at all.

Yesterday I caught Lapras with Frost Breath and Dragon Pulse. His IV's are below 80%. I don't have much luck with 10 km eggs either. I hatched more than 11 or 12 of them and only one was Lapras.
