FWIW, they are almost the same, and both will play well in any application.
All else being equal, power up the 15/13/12 one for raids, and get the 14/14/13 one powered up enough to play in the CP 2500 league.
The differences between these two are negligible. The only way they could matter is if one powers up to CP 2499 and the other to CP 2501.
