Arcanine top IVs with only 'ground attack' and 'dark' ?

CP:1609. Highest stats & IVs HP: 113. (listed best)
Bite & Bulldoze
How do I determine his strengths and weaknesses when he has no fire attacks? 1- What Pokemon is his ground attack stronger against since he is a fire pokemon? 2- Being a fire pokemon with a ground defense, how (if any) will it mislead in a gym those pokemon attacking him think he is a fire pokemon?? Thanks for any and all information.

Go to his Pokemon page, and if you click on 'more info' under each move it will show you strengths/weaknesses.

Basically, Bulldoze is pretty terrible. In some cases, giving up type bonus to gain advantage vs. common defensive weaknesses is worth it (like Poliwrath or Blastoise with Ice Beam to counter Grass/Flying/Dragon) or to open up a new type of Pokemon you can beat offensively (like Solar Beam on Parasect letting you crush Vapes and other Water 'Mons)

But....in Bulldoze's case....it's really neither.

You not only give up your type advantage to Grass, Bug, and Ice - arguably Fire's greatest value as an attacker - but Bulldoze is even weak to Grass and Bug! So you don't go just from 1.25x to 1.0x - you go from 1.25x to 0.8x.

To add insult to injury, what are you getting in return? Advantages vs. basically nothing worthwhile. Fire, Electric, Poison, and Rock.

On offense, every single Pokemon you'd gain an advantage against would either be weak to Fire anyway (Grass/Poison combos like venusaur/victreebell/vileplume) or is weak to water. So why make things hard on yourself when you can use any one of your 60 Pokemon with Water Gun?

The only exception are electric Pokemon but they're rare, weak, and rarely used as defenders.

On defense, the only possible 'surprise' effectiveness you open up is vs. Rock, which normally are super effective vs. Fire. So if someone goes after you with Golem/Rhydon/Omastar/Kabutops, you might surprise them. But let's be honest - 95% of ppl (conservatively) are going to be reaching for a Water Pokemon and not for Kabutops when they see Arcanine

Well, I really don't recommend you to use this Arcanine. Even with good IVs and good CP, with this moveset, you won't make much damage. It's better to look for another one. But if you wanna know how a fire type with dark and ground attacks work, I'll explain:

The type of your pokemon determines its weakness and resistances. The type of a move determines what pokemon you are strong with. If an attack is from the same type of your pokemon, it gets a bonus of 25% (STAB). So, in your case:
-Water, ground and rock (types that are strong VS fire) moves will be "super effective" on your Arcanine
-Fire, grass, bug, ice, steel and fairy (types that are weak VS fire) moves will be "not very effective" on your Arcanine
-When your Arcanine use "Bite" on psychc or ghost (types that have weakeness to dark) pokemon, it will be "super effective"
-When your Arcanine use "Bite" on dark, fight or fairy (types that have resistence to dark) pokemon, it will be "not very effective"
-When your Arcanine use "Bulldoze" on fire, eletric, rock, poison or steel (types that have weakness to ground) pokemon, it will be "super effective"
-When your Arcanine use "Bulldoze" on grass or bug (types that have resistence to ground) pokemon, it will be "not very effective"
-When your Arcanine use "Bite" or "Bulldoze", it won't get STAB

Some times is strategic to have a pokemon with attacks from a different type. For exemple: Golduck is a water pokemon. Grass moves are strong VS Water. One of Golduck's charge moves is "Ice Beam". Ice moves are strong VS grass. If someone sees a Golduck in a gym, it will probally use a pokemon with grass moves, and it will probally be a grass one. So it will be "super effective" VS Golduck. But Golduck will be "super effective" as well. Of course, there is a lot of possibilities. The person can use an eletric pokemon or a pokemon that have grass moves but is not a grass type and etc... So you have to think what is most probable.
