What Pokemon have BoltBeam coverage in POGO?

Are there any Pokemon besides Hitmonchan and Mew who can have an Ice-type charged move and also have an Electric-type charged move? Now that we can have two charged moves, it might be something possible to try and surprise people with coverage-wise. I'd love to have a Pokemon for my 1500 squad who has BoltBeam coverage, so I'm just seeing if there's any actually feasible options.

I was about to say Mewtwo until you said Great League.

Kecleon is unreleased but has Ice Beam and Thunder in its arsenal. Kyogre has Blizzard and Thunder but is in the same position as Mewtwo.

I don't think there are any that would fall into the 1500 category. Outside of that though, Kyogre and Mewtwo.
