Deoxys now soloable, and possibly Absol, with luck...and a team of Mamoswines might be able to solo Rayquaza

With the new type effectiveness multiplier, SC/SB and L/SB Gengar both have time-to-win of around 280 seconds against Deoxys in foggy weather, with five deaths, against the CB/HB moveset. Against other movesets, the TTW is sufficient, but Gengar's fragility will result in having to re-enter the battle, which will likely make winning the raid impossible.

Absol might be soloable in cloudy weather, with a lot of luck. The TTW for a maxed C/DP Machamp is under 190 seconds for some movesets. Also, that assumes a perfect 100% Machamp, and I recall from previous simulations that Machamp with 15A, 15S, and defense between 5-10 was slightly faster against Absol.

Also, Rayquaza is tantalizingly close to being soloable in snowy weather, with maxed Weaviles (TTW is sufficient, but not survivability). Mamoswine might be able to do it. If Rayquaza comes back, it might be a likely candidate for the 50% HP buff that Mewtwo received.
