Community Day Pokemon

Is there a list of Pokemon likely to get a Community Day so I can catch them now and stock up on candies? With the addition of Roserade, there is talks of Frenzy Plant Sceptile so I started catching tons of Treeko. Is it safe to assume all the starters will get a Community Day?

I'm assuming some starter community days + Ralts and slakoth, saving/collecting. I have a few pages like this (these have better attack stat), some lucky and some not. 1650 Treecko candy. Torchic tougher at 1000, Mudkip even tougher at 800, etc

I have maybe 600 Torchic candy, but over 2 k Mudkip( and even dont live in water biome and have Maxed Swampert + 3 another evolved). They are most common starters here.

I see plenty of Treecko so I'm getting decent candies but not many Torchics and I don't even know the last time I saw a Mudkip. I've been checking Silph Road for nests but no luck so far.
